On the employer side, I worked on candidate management, application tracking and job posting. Content, visual designs and the AI model came from the wider teams.

What people use it for

VietnamWorks serves employers as well as people looking for work. My work covered hiring interfaces and public campaign pages. The audiences and tasks differed: a recruiter might be reviewing applicants, while a new graduate might be looking for a first job or a career event.

  1. Understand

Give the visitor the event, job or campaign information.

  2. Choose

Make the relevant options usable across screen sizes.

  3. Act

Connect the next step to the existing product or registration flow.

Help employers move through the hiring work

The employer work included candidate management, application tracking and job posting. Search and filtering helped recruiters find relevant candidates; pipeline stages and batch actions supported the work that followed.

I also worked on AI-assisted job-description generation. An employer could provide a title and a few requirements and receive a structured draft to review. I built the frontend flow and integration within the shared product; the AI model was outside my scope.

Take an event from its design to registration

Career Talk IT needed a responsive event page with the agenda, speakers and a registration form. I was the sole frontend developer for the page and integrated the signup form with the backend API.

The July 2023 work went from its initial ticket to completion in roughly five business days. It also included a fix for losing login state when navigating to the campaign page. That delivery time belongs to this event page; other campaigns had different schedules.

Gather scattered resources for a first job

Career Newbies brought job listings and career resources into one destination for students, interns and recent graduates. The page connected visitors with tools and reading that already existed elsewhere on VietnamWorks.

I built the responsive frontend and integrated job listings, events and podcast content. Later revisions adjusted banners and icons, added the podcast section and corrected campaign tracking parameters on links in response to product and QA feedback.

Handle dense information on smaller screens

The Doctor Clinic insurance campaign had a different content problem: package details and comparison tables had to fit a phone as well as a desktop. I implemented the supplied designs and their responsive states, including the lead-capture form.

Across these pages, my responsibility was frontend delivery and integration. Content, visual designs and supporting services came from the wider teams.

Delivered features and campaign experiences

The work included employer interfaces and launched campaign pages with their data and registration integrations. The campaign pages evolved through design, product feedback and QA.

Implementation notes

Product and campaign integration

The employer frontend used React, TypeScript, Redux and API integrations. The campaign work included responsive layouts, dynamic content and backend form integration.

Two concrete integration details

Career Talk IT included a session-persistence fix when entering the campaign route. Career Newbies needed consistent UTM parameters across outbound links, with later QA fixes for campaign attribution. These details were part of making each page work within the existing site.

Outcome scope

The five-business-day delivery record applies to Career Talk IT in July 2023. It does not establish the schedule of the other campaigns. This case has no verified conversion gain or measured reduction in job-posting time.
