I worked on the employer side of VietnamWorks, covering job posting, candidate search, and the hiring pipeline. The recurring needs were faster job descriptions, better search tools, and campaign pages delivered to short deadlines.
Writing a job post took 30+ minutes
Employers started with a blank form and spent more than 30 minutes writing a job description.
Search was keyword-only
Recruiters needed Boolean search, advanced filters, and a pipeline for evaluating candidates.
Campaign pages were needed within days
Marketing needed event pages, partnership campaigns, and audience hubs built and published within days.

Employers entered a job title and a few bullet points. The generator drafted a summary, responsibilities, requirements, and benefits for them to review before publishing.

Recruiters can describe a candidate in plain language for AI matching or use Boolean operators for a more specific search. The pipeline tracks candidates through sourced, screened, interview, and offer stages, with batch actions for handling several candidates at once.

Alongside the employer platform, I built campaign pages for different audiences and partner brands, mostly as the sole frontend developer. Select a campaign to see the page and what I worked on.
Career tools for students and fresh graduates.
VietnamWorks had a dozen career tools across different pages, including a CV builder, salary calculator, interview questions, podcasts, and an emagazine. I brought them into one hub for students and fresh graduates, connected the jobs and podcast APIs, and added UTM tracking to every outbound call to action.

My work covered AI job descriptions, candidate search, and applicant tracking in the employer platform. Alongside that, I delivered campaign pages in five-day sprints, with their own visual designs and API integrations for employers and job seekers.
