VietnamWorks
The employer side of Vietnam's largest job board.
Five years building the hiring side of VietnamWorks — an AI job- description generator, a Boolean candidate engine and an applicant pipeline — then a run of campaign landing pages shipped against week-long clocks.

Faster job posting
From the employer's chair.
VietnamWorks is Vietnam's largest job board. I worked the side employers actually live in — posting jobs, finding people, moving them through a pipeline — plus the campaign pages that pull new audiences in. Three frictions shaped almost everything I built.
Writing a job post took 30+ minutes
Employers stared at a blank form. Good descriptions were slow to write, and weak ones quietly cost applicants.
Search was keyword-only
Recruiters needed Boolean logic, advanced filters and a pipeline to evaluate people — not a single match-the-word box.
Campaigns landed on impossible clocks
Marketing needed branded landing pages — events, partnerships, audience hubs — live in days, not sprints.
Two features that gave employers their time back.
A title and a few notes become a full job post.
Employers gave a job title and a handful of bullet points; the generator returned a structured description — summary, responsibilities, requirements, benefits — ready to refine and publish.

AI search, then a pipeline to act on it.
Recruiters describe who they want in plain language and the AI does the matching — no rigid keyword syntax. Boolean operators still work for precision, just without the tangle of nested parentheses. Then a pipeline — sourced, screened, interview, offer — with batch operations, so the whole funnel lives in one place.
- AI natural-language search
- Simple Boolean — no nested ( )
- Pipeline stages + batch ops
Sourced → Screened → Interview → Offer
Beyond the platform: pages on a clock.
The same employer brand fights on more than one front. Alongside the platform I shipped a run of campaign landing pages — each its own audience, its own colour world, most of them solo and against a deadline. Pick one.

One warm home for every fresh-grad career tool.
A dozen tools sat scattered across VietnamWorks — CV builder, salary calculator, interview banks, podcasts, an emagazine. I pulled them into a single coral-bright hub for students and fresh grads, wiring live job and podcast APIs and threading UTM tracking through every outbound CTA.
One brand, the full range of front-end work.
From the architecture of an employer platform — AI generation, a candidate engine, an applicant pipeline — to five-day campaign sprints with their own colour worlds and APIs. Different surfaces, same instinct: ship something employers and job-seekers actually reach for.
