The Problem
Employers spent too long writing job descriptions. The candidate search had basic keyword matching but employers needed Boolean search, advanced filters, and evaluation workflows. Several marketing campaigns needed landing pages on tight timelines.
The Approach
The AI JD generator takes a job title and a few bullet points and produces a full structured job description. I built the candidate management interface with Boolean search, pipeline stages, and batch operations. Campaign landing pages (Career Talk IT, Entry-Level, Doctor Clinic) were delivered on 5-day timelines with responsive designs.
What Changed
The AI JD generator reduced job posting time from 30+ minutes to under 5. The candidate management system handles the full hiring pipeline from search to evaluation. Landing pages shipped on schedule and drove registration for their respective campaigns.
